TruckPilot was born from a simple frustration — Canadian truckers and owner-operators were spending hours every week on paperwork that should take minutes. Logging loads manually, tracking expenses in notebooks, calculating pay on paper, and scrambling at tax time with shoeboxes of receipts.
We built TruckPilot to change that. One app that handles everything automatically — from scanning a dispatch sheet to generating a CRA-ready tax report. Built specifically for the Canadian trucking industry, with Canadian tax law, IFTA requirements and PIPEDA compliance built in from day one.
Today TruckPilot is used by drivers and owner-operators across Alberta and growing fast. Our mission is simple: give every Canadian trucker the tools that used to be available only to large fleets with full accounting departments.
